Responsibilities
Greet Visitors: Welcome all visitors warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Manage Phone Calls: Answer and direct phone calls promptly, ensuring proper communication flow.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for staff and clients, maintaining an efficient calendar.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to office staff, including filing, data entry, and paperwork management.
Maintain Office Environment: Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized, contributing to a positive first impression.
Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, communicating their needs and messages effectively.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage positively with clients and team members.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Customer Service Oriented: A friendly demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Tech Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite.
