Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Answer and administer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Process incoming mail including scanning documents, properly naming them, and assigning them to the correct files within our computer system
- Process outgoing mail as requested
- Assist clients in filing claims and provide necessary claim information to clients as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Greet clients and visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain the reception area and ensure that it is neat and tidy at all times
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
