The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, processing incoming mail/emails, and helping clients file claims. Salary Range: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Answer and administer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Process incoming mail including scanning documents, properly naming them, and assigning them to the correct files within our computer system
• Process outgoing mail as requested
• Assist clients in filing claims and provide necessary claim information to clients as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Greet clients and visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain the reception area and ensure that it is neat and tidy at all times
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
