Sociaxe is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing the front desk and providing administrative support. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients upon arrival.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail distribution.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk is tidy and functional.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support staff with various office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
