Job Description:
Sonar Spark is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the face of our New York office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. This role is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel valued and directed to the appropriate departments.
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and promptly.
• Manage scheduling and appointments for meetings and conference rooms.
• Assist with mail distribution, including receiving and sending packages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Assist team members with scheduling and office-related inquiries.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus.
