We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing the flow of lobby traffic, greeting guests, and alerting employees when visitors arrive.
- Maintaining a tidy and orderly reception area and conference room.
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail and packages.
- Assisting walk-in clients & potential clients with case inquiries & general questions.
- 1-2 years experience working in a Customer Service, Receptionist, or Administrative position in a professional environment is required.
- Experience working in a Law Firm is highly preferred.
