Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour DOE
Shift: This is a PRN position, working hours as available (could be any day of the week from 7 AM to 7 PM)
Coachella Valley Behavioral Health, a new premier inpatient treatment center for adults age 18 and older, is opening soon and will set the standard for nursing care in behavioral health. Our 80-bed hospital offers comprehensive training, dynamic leadership, and personalized support so you can achieve your greatest potential.
Receptionist (AKA Administrative Clerk) responsibilities include:
+ Responsible for handling front office reception and general administrative duties.
+ Serves visitors, vendors and other outside guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
+ Notify facility personnel of visitor’s arrival.
+ Maintain security by following established procedures including monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges, if required.
+ Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office.
+ Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
+ Handle facility inquiries and provide general information.
+ Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
+ Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required.
