Receptionist Part-time - York Nursing and Rehab Center

York Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is committed to being the leading provider of quality long-term care and related healthcare services. Our care givers will be encouraged to learn and develop their skills as a vital part of our healthcare team to participate and assist in the continual evolution of innovative healthcare services and practices. We are seeking a PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST to serve as the initual point of contact for visitors and phone calls, presenting a warm and professional impression at all times.

Responsibilities

- Screen and greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff

- Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby at all times

- Keep track of new hire applications

- Monitor security cameras and other building entrances

- Inform appropriate individuals about deliveries

- Ensure company policies are met and maintained.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Available to work weekends and evenings
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Positive and compassionate demeanor
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
