Receptionist at Williamson Family Medicine

We are a Independent Primary Care family medical practice. Our mission is to make the daunting visit to the "doctor" a more comfortable experience and to partner with all on their healthcare journey.
We are seeking a new Receptionist for front office to join our team. Your role will be to participate in all aspects of the front office, checking Patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments in the EMR, relaying clear messages and finding your fit on our team.
As a member of the front office department, you will work with Patients and Clinical staff and report to our Doctors.
What You Will Do:

• answer and direct calls
• schedule appointments and navigate EMR
• check in and check out patients
• assign or complete documents
• greet the day and patients with cheerfulness

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have the following credentials/skills:

• High School or GED
• positive attitude or cheerful disposition
• customer service
• Health care is helpful but not necessary
• basic computer skills
• problem solving
