Overview:
Mirabella Seattle is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team!
Schedule:
Wednesday: 7am-3:30pm
Thursday – Sunday 3:30pm-11pm
Compensation: $20.00hr - $24.00hr / DOE
What You'll Be Doing: You will provide clerical and organizational support to the team and be the primary representative to all residents, guests, employees, and public visitors.
About You:
- One (1) year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills
- Computers skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Good phone technique. Knowledge of basic office equipment (multi-phone lines, fax machines, computers, mail system, photocopiers).
