About the Job
Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading Manufacturing Company in the Medical Device space looking to hire an administrative professional to support employees and clients in a Receptionist/Project Coordinator role
This would be an onsite position to start within the next couple of weeks
The team is specifically looking for someone with strong communication skills for greeting clients, data entry skills for reporting and experience working in an administrative capacity.
Greet clients and professionals upon entering building
Support managers of different divisions on projects
Support Facilities Department with ongoing administrative tasks; filing, scanning, data entry etc.
This role will be an onsite position and is looking for someone with 1+ years experience

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
