Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Greet clients in a warm and professional manner as they arrive.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding services, repairs, and other garage-related information.
- Billing and Payments:
- Handle the settlement of bills, processing payments, and providing receipts for services rendered.
- Manage cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Reconcile daily payment records and report discrepancies.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle repairs and services.
- Maintain and organize client records, service history, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist with ordering and inventory management of office and garage supplies.
- Support the garage manager with additional tasks as needed.
- Software and Systems:
- Input and update data in our management systems.
- If familiar with Mitchell 1, leverage the software for estimating, invoicing, and managing repair orders.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Previous experience working in a automotive repair shop is a strong plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with Mitchell 1 is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
