About the Job
- Demonstrate key experience in financial and operational risk management for Banking & Financial Services
- Validate financial entries, accounts reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile a diverse set of general ledger balance accounts.
- Continuously follow-up on all reconciling items, balance out un match entries and provide regular updates to direct leadership.
- Maintain documentation for the purpose of supporting files, reports, and data.
- Prepare balanced bank reconciliation reports for the respective accounts in a well-organized manner.
Qualifications and skill set- Bachelor degree in any fields or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in coordinating with the reconciliation process (F&A) for the US region.
- General accounting principles and workings of the banking reconciliation process.
- Basic understanding of financial systems, data validation, and match/un match transactions review.
- Display problem-solving skill under required business conditions and deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with team members verbally and in writing and establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Manage own time and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Review and analyze financial information.
- Maintain routine reconciled data in appropriate database.
- Exceptional attention to detail, solid time management, problem solving and research skills.
