ASRC Federal Netcentric Technology, LLC is seeking a Records Administrator to support our contract at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM.
Job Summary
This position verifies that documents received are complete, correctly formatted, and accurate. They will research for completed documents/files, archive files and documents, and ensure that documents that are removed for work are returned to the proper location. The Records Administrator will maintain the records inventory files and ensure that all documents are properly accounted for. They will ensure that the records area is secured daily and that the area is maintained
Responsibilities:
+ Establish the inventory of records in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
+ Ensure all records clerks complete training at required intervals in the Air Force Records Information Management System.
+ Work with all units to ensure that official records are only stored on the Electronic Records Management Structure (ERMS).
+ Ensure that all records are available to the government when requested.
+ Coordinate records searches for designated units and direct users to conduct non-FOIA records data calls.
+ Complete annual reviews of records IAW established processes.
+ Comply with the following records management programs:
+ AFI 33-322 Records Management Program
+ AFI 33-332 AFGM 2019-01
+ AFMAN 33-363 Management of Records
+ AFI 33-364 Records Disposition-Procedures and Responsibilities
+ Kirtland AFB Instruction (KAFBI) 33-354 Records Management
+ Air Force Record Information Management System (AFRIMS)
+ DoDI 5400.7-R DoD Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) Program

Requirements:
+ Minimum of two years' experience in records management at a formal institution or large business, Federal Records Management in particular, Department of Defense experience preferred.
+ Possess and employ excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Be able to take initiative and work independently without direct supervision.
+ Possess competent and effective computer skills to include using Microsoft Office 365 applications.
+ Must have proficient English oral and written communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate with employees, management, and customers.
+ Must be a US citizen and currently possess or be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
+ Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license.
+ Must be able to pass a drug screen.
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
+ Be willing and able to work with customers and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
+ Be committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment.
