Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across various industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, cold calling) to identify and attract candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline effectively.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients to promote long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internships included) or interest in a fast paced sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in matching candidates with their ideal roles.
