Job Summary/Company: We're seeking a dedicated Recruiting Specialist to support the hiring and operations of a large, matrixed consulting firm and government contractor's Midwest team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in building a world-class workforce. Due to the nature of the work done within the team, US Citizenship is required for this role. 

Candidates must be located in either San Antonio, Texas or Dayton, Ohio and be able to report occasionally to the office. 

As a Recruiting Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing and attracting highly skilled professionals to our organization. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve:

• Sourcing and Screening: Utilizing various channels to identify and assess potential candidates, ensuring they align with our company's culture and values.
• Candidate Engagement: Building strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Recruitment Marketing: Developing and implementing creative recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
• Data Analysis: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience recruiting cleared candidates
• Experience recruiting in a government contractin environment
