Recruiting Coordinator at Beacon Hill

Our client, a pharmaceutical company based in Boston is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! This role is onsite in Cambridge, lasting approximately six + months, full time hours Monday through Friday, and paying between $25-30/hour, depending on experience. Specific Responsibilities:

• Participate in and support the execution of HR Programs with an immediate focus on Talent Acquisition; partner with Talent Acquisition team members to drive best practices for managing the recruitment process from requisition to offer
• Responsible for scheduling phone, video and on-site interviews; coordinate with candidates, hiring managers and administrative staff as required
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees in partnership with HR Operations and Benefits
• Manage employee data using appropriate HR systems; develop, update and distribute recruiting reports
• Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications / Skills:

• A demonstrated interested in Human Resources
• 1-3 years of human resources or related experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
• Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to details and excellent organizational and project management skills
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly understand and apply HR processes and procedures
• Bachelor's degree required
