• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills in interactions with high-level personnel within the Hospital System.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, organizing successful recruiting events both virtually and in person.
• Act as a liaison between recruiting and various departments and partners, fostering collaborative relationships to achieve common objectives.
• Foster a positive and cohesive team culture, setting a precedent for a team-centric approach.
• Provide support and confidence to key client partners through presentations, assisting with client startups, scheduling interview dates, and facilitating client onboarding.
•Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including drafting complex correspondence, documents, presentations, meeting minutes, and reports, alongside handling intricate scheduling, travel arrangements, document preparation, and expense reporting with precision.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and meet objectives.
• Efficiently manage the entire offer letter process, including drafting, sending, and following up on signed documents, while maintaining Excel spreadsheets to track pending offers and facilitating client communication as needed, all while utilizing advanced software proficiency across various applications.
• Initiate and handle correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and exercising discretion with sensitive information.
• Prior experience in project coordination is advantageous. This role presents an opportunity to closely engage with senior leadership, contribute to organizational success, and advance professionally in a dynamic environment.

• Effective leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
