About the Job
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition, Workforce Programs, and HR Operations teams by providing overall administrative support including, but not limited to:
- Interview and event scheduling and coordination
- Candidate, vendor and hiring manager communication
- Invoice and contract processing
- On-Boarding support for new hires and hiring managers
- Supporting the creation and editing of PowerPoints and reports
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and/or vendors.
- Accurately communicate interview details to candidates and ensure they have all necessary information.
- Manage interview calendars and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Registering for events and preparing any required materials.
- Submitting pre-employment screenings and preparing interview materials including video interview set up.
- Invoice Processing:
- Review and process HR-related invoices and expense reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Maintain records of all processed invoices.
- Providing support with timesheet tracking for vendors.
- Operations Administrative Tasks: -
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and communications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Additional administrative tasks, as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating multiple events/meetings.
- HR Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Coordinator experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Strong organizational skills with accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge or experience in Workday or other HRIS preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to provide support to multiple teams.
