CFS is hiring a Recruiting Admin! This role will support a rapidly growing office, making it an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining recruiting experience—whether you are a current student, a recent graduate, or looking to change your career! We are located in downtown Orlando and can offer a hybrid work schedule.

Job Duties of the Recruiting Intern :

• Process payroll spreadsheets for three offices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Onboard new employees into ADP, managing the setup and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Verify I-9 documents and handle related paperwork to ensure new hires meet legal requirements.
• Processed and maintained new employee spreadsheets, updating information in real time.
• Assist the recruiting team with administrative tasks, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, and ensure smooth recruiting operations.

Ideal Fit for the Role:

• Experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing includes sales and hiring in retail and hospitality and recruiting in admissions or career services (college or trade school).
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, driven, and a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating confidently and effectively with all organizational levels.
• They are highly organized and have the ability to manage a fast-paced recruitment and placement process effectively.
• Good sense of humor.
