As the Recruitment Account Executive at our client, you’ll serve as a key partner to clients, ensuring that their recruitment needs are met with exceptional service. This role isn’t just about managing accounts—it’s about being a trusted advisor who understands client challenges and provides the right talent solutions to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all recruitment needs. You’ll proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals, hiring challenges, and talent requirements.
- Develop and deliver customized recruitment strategies to meet client needs, whether for permanent hires, contract staffing, or specialized roles. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide targeted talent solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. You’ll identify opportunities to grow client relationships by offering additional services and expanding into new areas of hiring.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure that client needs are aligned with talent sourcing efforts. You’ll communicate client expectations clearly and collaborate with recruiters to ensure the right candidates are placed in the right roles.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial. You’ll handle the administrative side of contracts, including billing, compliance, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Act as the voice of the client within the company, advocating for their needs and ensuring that internal teams are delivering results. You’ll provide exceptional client support, addressing any issues quickly and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze account performance metrics, such as client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth. You’ll provide regular reports to leadership and clients, demonstrating the value of recruitment services and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Client Relationship Expertise: Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, with a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, and placement. You’re comfortable discussing technical and non-technical roles with clients and recruiters.
- Account Management and Growth: Experience managing client accounts and driving business growth through expanding services and building long-term partnerships. You’re skilled at identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling recruitment services.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating contracts and service agreements, ensuring that terms are favorable for both the client and the company. You’re skilled at balancing client expectations with internal resources.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, recruitment teams, and leadership. You’re a natural collaborator who can align client needs with internal efforts.
- Problem-Solving and Client Satisfaction: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve client concerns quickly and maintain high levels of satisfaction. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled at managing multiple client accounts.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record in recruitment account management or sales is also valued.
- Certifications in HR, sales, or recruitment (e.g., Certified Staffing Professional) are a plus. If you’ve completed client management or sales training, that’s an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment account management or sales, with hands-on experience managing client relationships and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. You’ve successfully grown client accounts and built long-term partnerships.
- Proven success in managing multiple client accounts, navigating client needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Experience working in fast-paced recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or HR consulting companies is highly desirable.
