Recruitment Coordinator
3+ month contract
Hybrid - Boston MA
Must Haves:1-3 years of related administrative or HR experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Preferred:Familiarity with SAP and Silkroad Recruiting is desirable.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques
Experienced LinkedIn Recruiter
Higher education experience
Job Description:
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruiting team by managing and engaging with candidate pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and sourcing top talent
Responsibilities include reviewing and screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and facilitating a positive candidate experience
Additionally, the Recruitment Coordinator will work with the Operations team to initiate and track pre-employment requirements.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and University policies
Review and screen resumes for hiring manager assessment
Conduct phone interviews and share insightful notes with recruiters to aid in selection decisions
Disposition candidates and provide status updates to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Provide sourcing support through LinkedIn Recruiter
Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Additional Responsibilities: Operations Support with pre-employment
Assist with crafting offer letters and New Hire Orientation scheduling
Launch pre-employment checks, including occupational health clearance
Update job postings as needed
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Ability to adapt and remain flexible with duties.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
