About the Job
Advantage Home Care is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process and ensuring the successful acquisition of top talent for our company.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and assisting in the hiring process. Additionally, you will collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in healthcare recruitment, and an understanding of Human Resource practices and labor laws.

Requirements
- Proven work experience in recruitment or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in healthcare staffing or recruitment is preferred
