Refrigeration Asst. Manager at Adecco USA

Adecco is now hiring a Refrigeration Asst. Manager for a local client in Sterling, VA. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity! Weekly pay starts at $40.00 per hour. Apply today and join a dynamic team!  

Responsibilities 

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with the repair and preventive maintenance of refrigeration equipment, including cleaning, installing, and repairing systems 

• Oversee maintenance to ensure optimal functionality 

• Supervise technicians to promote high performance and safety 

• Collaborate on preventive maintenance programs 

• Manage refrigeration associates, including hiring and training 

• Implement quality improvement processes 

• Provide timely reports on safety and production 

• Ensure a safe work environment for all associates 

Requirements: 

• Trade school diploma or equivalent experience  

• At least 3 years of refrigeration equipment experience 

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role 

• Proven maintenance and repair experience 

• Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems 

• Excellent leadership and communication skills 

• Proficient with hand and shop tools for maintenance and repair 

• Physical ability to lift 20 lbs. 

Shifts available: Monday-Friday 

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM 

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM 

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM 

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
