As the Regional Administrator at RQ Construction, LLC, you will report directly to the Project Executive and work closely with each Project Manager in the Hampton Roads, VA area. As an essential onsite team member, your role will be pivotal in supporting our regional operations, providing you with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same. This role will support a variety of crucial tasks for field administration. While you will not have any direct reports, your responsibilities will play a vital role in supporting the job performance of all field administrators and compliance of on-site facility management. Collaboration with the Certified Payroll Specialist and Project Manager will be key in successfully executing these tasks for regionally assigned projects.

Pay: $31.00-$35.00 per hour

To excel as a Regional Administrator at RQ Construction, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least three or more years of employee management experience. Proficiency in software such as LCPtracker is essential, as is a background in administrative support. Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Applications and Oracle, are preferred. Previous work experience in the construction industry is a plus. Travel to project sites will be required, flexibility and the ability to work effectively both on-site and from the regional corporate office are necessary for success in this position. Candidates with business or administrative college coursework and previous experience in Federal Construction Compliance will be given priority. The ability to navigate regulatory requirements, employee development, and effective communication skills are key to success in this role.
