About the Job
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead Creative aspect of Regional Client consultations as part of the Bespoke Commissioning Programme
- Develop themes and concepts for Regional Client projects and take these through feature development
- Present Brand Collection Car Projects to Clients in market
- Represent the Department and RRMC brand to high-profile regional press/media outlets. This will be in the form of 1:1 interviews or large group presentations of products/projects.
- Interface between region team and Goodwood to share insights

The pay range for this role is: $86,084.00 - $101,275.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Industrial, Automotive/Transport or Interior Design (or equivalent field).
- 3+ years of relevant design experience within the automotive industry or related field.
- Technical understanding and acumen to work on practical solutions within short time frames and manage time effectively.
Preferences:
- A good level of understanding of different methods of manufacture suitable for low and medium volume supply.
- An understanding of regional markets and related UHNW customer expectations or a willingness to learn this.
- Knowledge of luxury trends - both emerging and current.
- Strong personal presentation skills
- Outstanding visual imagery to sell ideas - Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
- Experience of steering 3D surfacing (Alias)
- Experience of steering Engineering concepts (CATIA)
