CCS Facility Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Position Overview:
The Regional Director of Business Development is responsible for directing the execution of the business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes to drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives within a specified region. This role involves identifying and evaluating new markets, partners, channels, and customers, as well as developing and leveraging industry contacts and relationships to stay ahead of competition, pricing, and product demand changes. The Regional Director will oversee the development of proposals and contracts for new business opportunities and manage negotiations. Collaboration with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders is essential to support business development plans.

- Direct the execution of business development strategies, plans, and processes to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Identify and evaluate new markets, partners, channels, and customers to expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain industry contacts and relationships to understand and respond to competition, pricing, and product demand changes.
- Oversee the development of proposals and contracts for new business opportunities and manage negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans.
- Establish and implement processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations.
- Oversee goal setting for departmental and group levels of the sales organization and use data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance.
- Implement methods and systems to effectively analyze and monitor the industry, business environment, and competitors.
- Use market and customer insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products.
- Build effective sales and support teams through recruiting, mentoring, and development programs.
- May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in business development or sales.
- Deep knowledge of business development and sales strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Proven track record of driving sales, increasing revenue, and expanding markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes and performance.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to develop budgets, policies, and procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
