What we're looking for: Regional Director of Enrollment Services for our Eastern Region.
Summary: The Regional Director of Enrollment Services ensures full compliance in all recruiting activities and adheres to all laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities as well as upholding Carrington College conduct and ethics expectations.
The Regional Director of Enrollment Services indirectly leads and manages the Director and/or Assistant Director of Enrollment Services and the Enrollment Services departments at all assigned locations. The Regional Director of Enrollment Services is responsible for successfully leading and managing all people and processes necessary to ensure the campuses meet or exceed all enrollment services department operational goals and objectives. Extensive travel is required (up to 75%). In addition to directly reporting to the Senior Director of Enrollment Services they will also receive support and direction from their respective Vice President of Operations for the region.
What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $100,000 - $115,000 per year. Our benefit program for full-time colleagues includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending and health savings accounts. Education and/or Experience -
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of Management level Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable goods sales experience.
- Prior direct supervisory experience required.
- Experience managing multiple locations and/or nationwide recruitment territories with a proven record of success preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Must be able to work on many different types of projects and seeing each to a successful completion.
- Demonstrated successful multi-tasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem-solving and consultative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
