Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Regional Director of Operations - Physical Therapy in Seattle, WA, US
Under general direction of the Area Vice President, the Regional Director of Operations provides leadership and oversight to our outpatient orthopedic clinics and services. Participates in decisions regarding our business, strategic planning, and operation activities as a member of the executive team. With the broader management team, establish and executes financial performance expectations while implementing operational processes and procedures. Works with leadership to plan, organize, staff, direct, coordinate and control the activities of the all the designated clinics.

- Responsible for clinic and regional level operations to include, but not limited to, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance and profitability

- Plans and directs strategic actions to improve results at both the clinic, regional, and enterprise level
- Manage team performance
- Measure and manage company targets/ KPIs
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of prior experience with management of multi-site locations
- Clinical Degree Required in Physical or Occupational Therapy
- BS or master degree in business or related field preferred
- Clinical practice and director level responsibilities as prior experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Meet the educational and state requirements for Clinical Practice knowledge, skills and licensed in Physical or Occupational Therapy
- Upholds knowledge of and ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and other third-party payers
- Sustains knowledge of HIPAA and other requirements
- Maintains timely knowledge of mandatory billing and coding requirements to include knowledge of ICD-10
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to exercise mature judgement and initiative in analyzing problems and recommending/ implementing solutions to provide cost effective services
