Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Lead efforts to acquire new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio. Build and maintain high-level client relationships and negotiate contracts that align with company objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Analyze operational, financial, and service performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and profitability.
- Team Development: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of managers and staff. Foster a positive, results-driven work environment where talent thrives and grows.
- Client Partnership: Act as the key point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring that PalAmerican is recognized as a trusted and proactive security partner.
- Financial Oversight: Develop, manage, and oversee budgets in collaboration with senior leadership to ensure financial health and strategic growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Leadership Expertise: 7+ years in a senior operations leadership role, ideally in the security industry or a related field. Proven ability to drive operational success and lead large, diverse teams.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience in business development, contract negotiation, and budget management.
- Operational Insight: Deep understanding of operational metrics, financial performance indicators, and the ability to implement strategies that drive continuous improvement.
- People-First Mindset: Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating teams to perform at their best.
- Client-Centric Approach: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client service excellence.
- Technology Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
