Regional Director of Operations - Skilled Nursing - Outfield Healthcare Partners

Buidings are located in Texas.

Our company is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations (LNHA) with a strong clinical knowledge base to provide leadership to our facilities. The Regional Director of Operations will oversee multiple Skilled Nursing facilities (5-10) and manage regional staff that consist of Clinical, Staff Development, AR and Business Development.

This position will cover multiple states CA, NM, and Utah. 

Qualifications Required

• Nursing Home Administrators License (LNHA)
• Regional/Multi-Site experience in skilled nursing (SNF)
• Interest in the Dallas area and ability to manage each facility within the campus effectively.
• Track record of survey improvements, census growth, and staff development
