Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple fitness studios to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize studio performance and customer experience.
- Monitor and manage studio budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop studio managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to drive membership growth and retention
- Work with Studio Managers to identify opportunities for Community Outreach and business development, generating tangible leads for sales
- Collaborate with the marketing agency to create and implement promotional campaigns.
- Ensure studios deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of member satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
5. Performance and Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage Monthly and Daily KPIs to meet goals
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Implement strategies to maximize studio profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple fitness studios or similar multi-unit operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.

- Ability to travel to all studios every week.
