The role of a Regional IT Operations Coordinator, acting as a bridge between MB2 HQ and partner practices, involves a diverse set of responsibilities. By effectively managing these aspects, a Regional IT Operations Coordinator can contribute to the overall success and efficiency of IT operations across the organization's partner practices.

Job responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement IT plans and policies that support the organization's goals and collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with overall business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between headquarters and partner practices for IT-related matters and facilitate communication and collaboration between partner practices and the central IT team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partnered practices, including doctor owners, practice staff, and practice IT support (where applicable)
- Oversee IT projects within the region and coordinate with project teams at our headquarters, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical support to partner practices, addressing issues and ensuring efficient resolution of IT-related problems.
- Work with IT support teams, vendors, and service providers to implement and monitor IT security measures to safeguard data and systems, negotiate contracts, and meet service level agreements.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on service quality.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations in the region.
- Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate change management processes for IT initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT experience
- Familiarity with dental software is preferred
- Some travel is required
