Job Title: Residential Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate all activities related to residential property management.
• Oversee servicing of property management accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and property performance metrics.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in property management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of property management software.
• Real estate license preferred.
