Regional Manager- Corrective Division - Dragonfly Pond Works

Dragonfly Pond Works is a leading environmental service company specializing in stormwater management. Since 2006, Dragonfly has provided routine maintenance and repairs on stormwater devices, lakes, ponds, wetlands, and underground facilities. The core purpose of this position is to ensure that the company's clients are serviced following the highest standard of quality while maximizing the efficiency and productivity of assigned crew members operating in the field. This role is integral to the smooth and profitable execution of work performed by Dragonfly Pond Works.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Branch Manager.
• Crew management, including on-site guidance and fieldwork as needed.
• Pre-construction site walks.
• Coordinate equipment and materials for crews.
• Assist the sales team with estimating needs for upcoming projects.
• Conduct field training for all new and existing employees.
• Handle administrative duties related to staff management.
• Keep continuous communication with the Sales team and the client.
• Acquire and maintain current certifications as required.
• Identify and implement safety training for field staff.

What you need

• Former field experience (Construction, Landscaping, Lake/Pond Maintenance)
• Proven managerial capabilities.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Great communication skills and ability to interact with multiple audiences, including but not limited to the Operations Team, Sales team, subcontractors, vendors, and others.
• Adapt and/or improvise quickly, as demanded by conditions or unknown factors.
• Capability to work under pressure.
• Good teamwork.
• Ability to lift 80 pounds on a regular basis.
• Aptitude to work outside for long periods of time in unfavorable conditions.
• Possess core values compatible with those of Dragonfly Pond Works (Quality Focus, Take Ownership and Growth Oriented)
