Willborn Fueling Systems is looking for an Entry-Level "Regional Sales Associate"! If you feel you would enjoy maintaining existing relationships, helping create new ones, and ultimately growing our business, then we want to talk to you!
The Regional Sales Associate (RSA) is the "tip of the spear" for our organization, actively selling fuel dispensing equipment, installation, repair services, and parts to convenience stores, farmers, trucking companies, municipalities, general industry, agricultural producers, and others who sell or use bulk fuel. The RSA ensures our construction, service and parts teams have active projects, our customers have reliable fuel systems, and our company generates the revenue it needs to be successful. The RSA is the face of our brand and provides a direct link between customers and the employees who execute this kind of work each day.

What we need!
- Someone >21 years old.
- Someone outgoing, confident, and organized.
- Someone with great attention to detail.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer & software skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- The desire and ability to learn about fueling systems and a related sales process. Training is provided, and a very high priority.
- A willingness to be a road warrior. You can be home in your own bed most nights, but we need someone out and very present with our existing customers, and someone willing to make new relationships and generate new business!
- A great communicator, willing to effectively collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Professionalism. The desire to be a master at your craft.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug, background, and MVR checks.
