About the Job
A regional environmental company (Territory includes: CT, NJ, NY, PA, VA) is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. The company provides vacuum truck services, vacuum excavation, HY-rail vacuum excavation, pipe cleaning & CCTV inspection, industrial cleaning, remediation and turn-key management of industrial, hazardous and non-regulated special wastes including transportation and disposal. Will be responsible for revenue and margin growth; lead company growth across all service line sales with 5 to 6 sales representatives as direct reports; support sales efforts hands-on of important accounts in each respective territory; drive sales budget; work with V.P. and COO and other executives to understand market and competitor activity and respond accordingly; develop marketing, channel and partner programs; monitor progress in sales; meet weekly with V.P. and COO to discuss company-wide and territory-specific sales performance; take initiatives to incentivize sales tactics that develop successful multi-facility and multi-state outcomes. Job requirements: 15+ years' sales management experience required, preferably in a regional environmental or other regional contractor services business; Personally retaining a major account or small collection of accounts is a plus; Experience with Salesforce or other applications / technology a plus. Salary range: $125K-$150K plus bonuses.
