About the Job
The Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role within our organization, embodying the company culture and serving as the face of our window cleaning services in the community. The RSM is responsible for a wide range of duties, including team leadership and management, client communication, sales, job scheduling, and ensuring the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales pipeline through community networking and self-generation.
- Timely follow up on leads, set appointments, estimate jobs and close sales.
- Act as the steward of the company culture, promoting quality and an exceptional customer experience.
- Handle all direct client communications via phone, text, and email, ensuring prompt and clear responses.
- Manage job scheduling and maintain a strong understanding of job locations for efficient routing.
- Send out quotes and accompany potential clients on property inspections.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, restaurant managers, and local businesses.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Carry merchandise kits, including towels, hats, socks, shoe booties, and thank you cards for touch-ups and gifts.
- Ensure safety compliance in van operations.
- Oversee inventory management, including soap, towels, and equipment.
- Handle training, employee development, and labor scheduling.

Compensation
$75,000 - $85,000 (base commission)
