Job Details
Must-Haves:
+ Licensed RN with relevant qualifications (BSN or Bachelor's in relevant field).
+ 1-2 Years of Experience working with a regional center or with individuals with developmental disabilities.
+ Knowledge of Title 17, Title 22, and the Lanterman Act regulations.
+ Strong Public Speaking Skills with the ability to confidently represent and advocate for individuals in multidisciplinary settings.
+ Experience Coordinating Health Services and discharge plans tailored to individual needs.
+ Experience in Training and Educating Staff on regulations, protocols, and policies.
+ Leadership and Management Experience in overseeing healthcare services staff.
+ Experience Representing an Organization in Official Community Functions.
+ Committee Participation in internal or community-based groups to support the agency’s mission.
Nice-to-Haves:
+ Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related field.
+ Experience Working with Managed Care Plans, Public Health, and Community Resources across multiple counties.
+ Familiarity with Medi-Cal, Medicare, DDS, CDSS, and Regional Center operations.
