Position Highlights:
As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care while working closely with our experienced nursing supervisors, unit managers, and interdisciplinary teams. Your expertise will guide patients through their healthcare journeys, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes and compassionate support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Insight: Dive deep into patient care by collecting and analyzing vital data, prioritizing their needs, and identifying potential health issues. Your keen observational skills will be the foundation for effective treatment plans.
Creative Care Planning: Collaborate with patients and families to set realistic and personalized health goals. Craft innovative interventions and timelines that inspire hope and promote healing.
Hands-On Implementation: Administer medications and treatments with precision, while providing direct care that includes everything from wound care to IV therapy. Your nurturing approach will educate and empower patients and their families about their health.
Empowering Delegation: Lead and support our dedicated LPNs and CNAs by delegating tasks that align with their strengths, ensuring quality care across the board.
Clear Communication: Foster trusting relationships through open communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Document your insights and interventions accurately, contributing to a seamless care experience.
Commitment to Quality Improvement: Be a champion for excellence! Engage in initiatives that enhance patient safety and care quality while staying at the forefront of nursing practices through continuous learning.
Upholding Compliance: Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain patient confidentiality, ensuring that our care environment is safe and respectful.
What We’re Looking For:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred;
Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that shine in a team-oriented environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be needed based on the setting.
