Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care

- Develop and implement individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments

- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust care as needed

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

- Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventative care

Qualifications

- Valid Alabama or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Commitment to high-quality care and hospitality

- Clinical experience in healthcare settings (preferred)

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
