BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated per diem and/or weekends Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health and senior living visits.
- Territory: this office cares for clients south of I-70 including but not limited to: Denver metro, Aurora, Littleton, Centennial, Parker, Castle Pines, Castle Rock.
- Must be available to attend orientation for one full week, Monday through Friday.
- Prior or current home health/visits experience required.
- Weekend rotation required for all RNs.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
- Prior or current home health/visits experience.
- Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Additional Information:

Pay – Weekly, Starting at $52 per productivity point, based on experience.
- Mileage reimbursement
