What We Are Looking For
Lake Granbury Medical Center’s Perinatal Services department is now hiring a Part-time Registered Nurse. The 8 bed LDRP unit consist of 1 OR and 8 LDRP rooms. Our Registered Nurses integrate standards of care into our daily practice that includes: commitment, effective communication, customer service, responsiveness, sense of ownership and positive attitudes.
What You Will Do
Job Duties:
- Monitor the laboring patient
- Assist with delivery of infant or infants
- Administer IV medication along with anesthesia and pain management medication
- Implements safety/infection control measures
- Continuously educates patient and families
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- Certified as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- At least two years of experience
- BLS & ACLS upon hire
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- NRP, STABLE, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Intermediate and/or Advanced certification
