You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced unit that caters to both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care patients. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
