Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide patient-centered care based on thorough assessments and evaluations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Individualized Patient Care: Deliver care based on comprehensive assessments tailored to each patient’s needs and medical conditions.
Compliance: Adhere to hospital and occupational therapy department policies and procedures.
Performance Improvement: Participate in performance and continuous quality improvement efforts.
Staff Development: Conduct staff in-services and attend continuing education courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
Standards of Practice: Maintain adherence to the AOTA Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification: Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Oklahoma. Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 30 days of hire.
Education: Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy school with a BS, MS, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience: Six months or more of experience in occupational therapy (preferred).
