- Create and update policies, procedures, and controls to help mitigate compliance risks
- Lead internal compliance investigations and reviews of trading activity
- Offer expert advice to internal stakeholders on compliance-related issues
- Work with various departments to develop strategies that ensure compliance
- Calculate risk and implement risk management strategies
- Design and execute compliance audits
- Collect data and perform research on current practices
- Provide training and guidance to employees
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years experience in a financial compliance role
- Strong written and verbal skills
- BSA/AML and OFAC
- Certifications Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (CAMS)

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
