Rehab Director - Centrex Rehab

About the Job
We are looking for an individual with leadership experience who will facilitate operations within the rehab department from both a quality and financial standpoint. This individual will also provide direct supervision for each employee within the department and will be expected to provide treatment to patients each week. Prior management and supervisor experience is a plus, but not required.

Job qualifications are:
- Therapy degree/certification and licensure in the state of MN (Open to Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapy Assistant)
- Ability to manage inpatient/outpatient therapy programs
- Excellent understanding of all payor sources
- Knowledge of therapy industry and federal, state, local government regulations
- Financial planning and budgeting skills
- Ability to provide therapy on an as-needed basis
