We are looking for someone with experience Banking and underwriting middle market clients. Job DescriptionThe Relationship Manager III, Corporate Banking is primarily responsible for making and servicing a wide variety of business and individual loans, both secured and unsecured, which are complex in nature

How You'll Spend Your TimeYou will use your business savvy to identify new prospects and develop new business opportunities.You will use your knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations to our clients to help them enhance their business
You will use your financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data to make informed decisions.You will use your credit acumen to make recommendations for deal approval, structuring loans, mitigating and identifying risk, and complying with regulations.Education& Experience RequirementsThe required level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and 5 – 7 years’ experience in a commercial lending environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive knowledge and understanding of commercial lending practices and loan documentation, and loan servicing requirementsThorough knowledge of accounting principles and practicesDemonstrated capacity to sell products/services within the financial services industryAdvanced understanding of credit underwriting, documentation, loan policy, and regulationsAdvanced knowledge of financial analysis including ratio and trend analysis and projectionsSpecialized knowledge of specific markets in order to serve defined territoriesExcellent communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentationsGood PC skills including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applicationsWorking Conditions & Physical RequirementsOffice - Occasional TravelBOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
