- Lead machinery surveillance and condition monitoring programs.
- Responsible for the fixed equipment reliability/mechanical integrity programs.
- Ability to identify and execute improvement or repair projects to increase overall equipment effectiveness.
- Provide machinery troubleshooting assistance and expertise.
- Ability to apply Root Cause Analysis methodology to machinery and process reliability.
- Leadership and identification of maintenance staff development needs including training, mentoring, and technical knowledge dissemination.
- Maintain records and improve on key performance indicators in the Maintenance department.
- Maintain capital projects to budget and timelines as relates to reliability projects.
- Develop preventive actions to reduce costs and increase OEE.
- Partner with Maintenance Planning to schedule Preventative Maintenance.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7-10 years manufacturing reliability experience preferred.
- Aptitude with computer systems especially email, database entry, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with CMMS maintenance systems, SAP preferred.
- Problem solving ability and critical thinking skills required.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and follow through skills.
- Troubleshooting experience with PLC and processing equipment preferred
- Siemens PCS7, Foxboro, and/or Rockwell operating systems preferred.
- Depth and experience with vacuum, chilled water, boiler/steam, compressed air, electrical, and other facility systems
- Ability to apply engineering first principles to practical real-life problems.
The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
