POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Reliability Maintenance Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:
1. Direct and manage concurrent engineering projects and project managers to achieve objectives.
2. Implement and monitor approved engineering budgets to control expenses.
3. Support maintenance and engineering to improve plant performance in safety, quality, and cost.
4. Develop engineered solutions for plant safety and environmental issues.
5. Assist in the 5-year strategy for Tennessee Operations, including growth projects and major maintenance.
6. Mentor staff, enforce policies, and conduct performance management for the department.
7. Apply expert process knowledge for production control and technology improvement.
8. Manage complex engineering projects and problem-solving, ensuring competitive cost estimates.
9. Supervise plant capital improvement, maintenance, and manufacturing engineering.
10. Ensure compliance with audit standards like ISO and IATF across all operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal Reliability Maintenance Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

- B.S. Degree in Engineering
- 10 + years of experience in the heavy manufacturing industry, preferably metals industry.
- 5-9 years experience required in project management.
- 3-5 years experience preferred in a supervisory role.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- 10-12 years required experience and expertise in one of the following specialized technical areas: casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, mill finishing, or facilities preferred.
- 10-12 years experience required in project management.
- 8 + years experience preferred in a supervisory role.
