We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remodeling-Trim Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finish carpentry and a keen eye for detail. You will work on a variety of projects, including high-end residential homes and commercial properties, ensuring that every finish is impeccable.

Responsibilities: 

Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required. 

Measuring and cutting lumber and other materials to produce functional infrastructure and finished products. 

Shaping and smoothing lumber and other materials using hand and power tools.

Installing structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairways, and floors to high quality levels and with professional delivery. 

Inspecting structures for damages and performing necessary repairs. 

Collaborating with other skilled workers, such as electricians and plumbers, to complete projects. 

Ordering and maintaining supplies and materials. 

Following safety guidelines and regulations on the job site. 

Working independently or as part of a team. 

Keeping job records and communicating progress to supervisors and clients. 

Qualifications: 

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a trim carpenter. Minimum 10 years' experience in general carpentry. 

Highly motivated, energetic and resourceful. 

Strong customer service orientation 

Must demonstrate strong organizational and project management abilities, attention to detail, as well as solid problem-resolution, decision-making, verbal and written communication skills.

Resourceful to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment that requires one to adapt to unexpected, urgent situations outside one's knowledge base and to problem-solve quickly under pressure while maintaining focus and composure. 

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direct others for results as needed.

Compensation: 

Full - Time 

$25.00-40.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
